Security with trust, engineered in Pakistan.

Vouch Track (Pvt) Ltd — operating in the market under the TopFly Track brand — is a satellite-based vehicle tracking company and software engineering house based in Multan. We are licensed by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to operate satellite-based vehicle tracking services, security systems and burglar alarms nationwide — and we build the platform that delivers them ourselves.

Company introduction

Who we are

Vouch Track (Pvt) Ltd provides location-based services throughout Pakistan. We combine the Global Positioning System, the mobile network and a geographical information system so that an owner, a fleet manager or a control-room operator always knows where an asset is, what it is doing and what it did earlier.

Our services protect and manage far more than cars. Buses, vans, construction machinery, containers and motorcycles all run on the same platform, with the sensor mix and alert rules configured for each. Around that core we have built a second capability — a software engineering practice that develops mobile applications, custom platforms, content management systems and ERP solutions for organisations well beyond the transport sector.

We are not a reseller placing another company's badge on imported hardware. We hold the licence, we run the infrastructure, and we write the software.

Mission & vision

What we are here to do

Mission statement

To provide satellite-based vehicle tracking and fleet management systems that give our clients complete certainty about their mobile assets. Vehicle theft and snatching remain a genuine risk on national highways and in both rural and urban areas of Pakistan; our purpose is to remove that uncertainty, protect what our clients have invested in, and give them the operational information to run their fleets better.

Our vision

To extend from vehicle tracking into a broader security and connectivity business — location-based services, burglar alarms and machine-to-machine communication — while continuing to build the software that makes all of it usable. We want the same network that watches a truck on the motorway to protect a warehouse, a generator and a home.

Integrity

We quote what a project will cost, say what a system can and cannot do, and correct ourselves when we are wrong.

Availability

A stolen vehicle does not wait for office hours. Our obligation is to be reachable when it matters most.

Ownership

Your data is yours. Export it in any format at any time, and take it with you if you ever leave.

Engineering

We build rather than badge. Every part of the platform is something we can open, explain and improve.

Our business

Two divisions, one engineering team

The discipline required to keep a national tracking network online is the same discipline we bring to client software. Neither division subsidises sloppiness in the other.

Division one

Vehicle tracking & fleet management

Real-time monitoring, trip replay, geofencing, fuel monitoring, driver evaluation, fleet maintenance, tyre management, temperature monitoring, RFID driver identification and consultancy — delivered on hardware we install and a platform we operate.

Division two

Software & application development

Mobile application development for iOS and Android, custom web platforms and APIs, content management systems, and ERP implementations covering inventory, sales, procurement, accounts, payroll and reporting.

Our mission

Peace of mind for anything that moves

Vehicle theft and snatching remain a real risk on national highways and in both rural and urban areas. We exist to take that uncertainty away — for cars, buses, vans, construction machinery and containers alike.

Licensed

A PTA licensee, not a reseller

Vouch Track (Pvt) Ltd holds a Pakistan Telecommunication Authority licence to operate satellite-based vehicle tracking services, security systems and burglar alarms. That licence is the difference between a company that runs a tracking network and one that simply resells someone else's.

Technology

GPS, GSM and GIS working together

We combine the Global Positioning System, the mobile network and a geographical information system so a position becomes a place — a road, a landmark, a customer site — rather than a pair of coordinates.

Infrastructure

Our own network, seriously invested in

We have a strong financial base and have put significant investment into state-of-the-art network infrastructure, rather than renting capacity and hoping it holds.

Partners

International supply relationships

We maintain liaison with international companies across satellite services, hardware, software and network equipment, and use those relationships to keep our tracking solutions current.

Fleet

Real-time view of every vehicle

Each vehicle fitted with our device transmits at regular intervals, so an operator sitting remotely can view and analyse every vehicle — and make decisions on current information rather than yesterday's.

Next

Beyond tracking

We are extending into wider location-based services, burglar alarms and machine-to-machine communication, so the same network protects more than vehicles.

How we work

Four things we refuse to compromise on

We install it ourselves

No subcontracted fitters. If the wiring is wrong, that's on us, and we're the ones who come back to fix it.

A human answers

The control desk is staffed by people who know the fleets they watch. No ticket queue between you and a stolen vehicle.

Your data is yours

Export it any time, in any format, through the interface or the API. If you leave, we hand it over rather than hold it.

Measured, not claimed

Every savings number we quote comes from customer fleets we can point to. We'd rather under-promise and show the report.

The control room

One job: pick up the phone

Our Multan desk watches critical alerts across every monitored fleet — theft signals, SOS presses, tamper events and prolonged silence from a device that should be reporting.

  • Average 90 seconds from alert to first call
  • Escalation trees you define — who gets called, in what order
  • Police liaison and a written incident report for your insurer
  • Urdu and English, on phone and WhatsApp
Careers

We're hiring engineers who like hard problems
