The engineering team behind our platform builds for other companies too.
Vouch Track (Pvt) Ltd operates its own nationwide tracking platform — the servers, the mobile applications, the web dashboards and the integrations that keep them talking to one another. That same in-house team is available for custom software, mobile application, CMS and ERP development.
We run what we build, in production, every day
Most software houses hand over a repository and move on. We operate a live telematics platform with real vehicles, real customers and a real support obligation — which shapes how we design everything else.
Production discipline
Uptime, monitoring, backups and incident response are not add-ons we discovered on your project. They are how our own platform stays online.
Shipped, not theoretical
Our own applications go through Apple's review process and onto Google Play on a regular release cycle. We know what store compliance, privacy declarations and staged rollouts actually involve.
Built for Pakistani conditions
Intermittent connectivity, mixed device quality, bilingual interfaces and users who work from a yard rather than a desk. We design for that by default.
Long-term support
We maintain software for years, not for a warranty period. OS upgrades, store policy changes and security patches are part of the relationship.
Data you can query
Clean schemas, documented APIs and exportable data. Whatever we build for you remains yours to read, extend and eventually move.
One team, start to finish
The engineers who scope the work are the engineers who write it. No handover to a delivery unit you have not met.
What we build
Four practices, each animated below with the working shape of the deliverable rather than a stock illustration.
Mobile application development
Native iOS and Android applications, designed for people using them one-handed in a depot rather than at a desk. We handle the whole path — architecture, interface, store submission, phased rollout and the version after that.
- Offline-first architecture — the app stays usable when the signal does not, and reconciles when it returns
- Maps and location — live tracking, geofencing, route replay and background location done efficiently on battery
- Push notifications that arrive reliably, including on aggressive battery-saving Android builds
- White-label delivery — your brand, your store account, your customers, our engineering
- Store lifecycle — privacy declarations, review responses, staged releases and crash monitoring
Custom software & web platforms
Web applications, operational dashboards, customer portals and the APIs that hold them together. We start from the workflow you actually run, not from a template that assumes a different business.
- Operational dashboards built for people who need an answer in three clicks
- Customer and vendor portals with role-based access and a full audit trail
- REST APIs and webhooks, documented and versioned, so your partners can integrate without a phone call
- Third-party integration — payment gateways, SMS providers, accounting packages, existing legacy systems
- Deployment and monitoring — CI/CD, staging environments, logging and alerting handed over documented
CMS & website development
Corporate websites, catalogues and content platforms your marketing team can run without opening a support ticket. Built on a content model that matches how you publish, with editing that does not require training.
- Block-based page building so new pages do not need a developer
- Multilingual content — English and Urdu handled as first-class, not bolted on
- Editorial roles and approval — draft, review, schedule and publish with an audit history
- Performance and SEO — structured data, clean markup and pages that load on a weak connection
- Headless option when the same content has to feed a website, an app and a partner feed
ERP & business application development
Inventory, procurement, sales, accounts, human resources and reporting on one shared database — so the stock figure in the warehouse and the stock figure in the ledger are the same number. Implemented module by module, in the order that pays back first.
- Inventory & warehousing — stock levels, movements, batches and reorder points
- Sales & procurement — quotations, orders, invoices, purchase cycles and vendor performance
- Accounts & payroll — ledgers, receivables, payables and salary processing with statutory deductions
- Fleet integration — trip, fuel and maintenance data flowing straight from VouchTrack into your cost centres
- Reporting — management dashboards and scheduled statements that reconcile against each other
Our own products are the reference
The most honest thing we can show you is software we run ourselves, every day, with paying customers on it. Client work stays confidential unless a client asks us to name them.

The telemetry backend
Device ingestion, protocol handling, the rules engine that turns raw positions into alerts, and twelve months of queryable history.
Client systems
Mobile applications, portals and ERP modules delivered under non-disclosure. We can arrange a reference call with a client where they are willing.
We do not publish client names or screenshots without written permission. If a named reference matters to your decision, ask and we will see what a client is comfortable sharing.
A process designed to remove surprises
You see working software early and often. Nothing is revealed at the end, because by then it is too expensive to change.
Start a conversationDiscovery & scoping
We sit with the people who will use the system and map the current workflow, including the parts that happen on paper. The output is a written scope with a fixed set of deliverables and an honest list of what is out of scope.
Architecture & interface design
Data model, integration points and screen designs agreed before a line of production code is written. You approve clickable designs, not a description of them.
Development in two-week increments
Working software at the end of every sprint, deployed to a staging environment you can open yourself. Priorities can be reordered between sprints without renegotiating the contract.
Testing & user acceptance
Functional testing, load testing where it matters, and a structured acceptance round with your own staff using real data before anything is signed off.
Deployment, migration & training
Data migrated from whatever you use today, staff trained in Urdu or English, and documentation handed over — including the credentials and the runbook.
Support & iteration
A defined support window with response times, followed by an optional retainer for enhancements, OS and store-policy updates, and security patching.
Three ways to work with us
Pick the commercial shape that fits the certainty you have. We will tell you honestly which one suits your project.
Fixed scope
For a well-defined build with clear boundaries.
- Written scope and fixed price
- Milestone-based payments
- Agreed delivery date
- Change requests priced transparently
- 90-day defect warranty
Dedicated team
For evolving products where the scope will change — and should.
- Named engineers, monthly rate
- You set the priorities each sprint
- Direct access to the team
- Scale up or down with notice
- Code in your repository from day one
Support retainer
For software already live that needs keeping alive.
- Defined response and resolution times
- Monthly hours for enhancements
- OS and store-policy compliance updates
- Security patching and dependency upgrades
- Takeover of code we did not write
Questions we are asked before signing
If yours is not here, ask it — we would rather answer now than after a contract exists.
Ask a questionYou do, on full payment. Code sits in your repository from the first commit where possible, and intellectual property transfer is written into the contract rather than assumed. We keep no licensing hold over software you have paid for.
Frequently. We begin with a paid technical audit — a fixed, short piece of work that tells you honestly what condition the codebase is in, what can be salvaged and what should be rewritten. You get that assessment whether or not you continue with us.
Yes. We can deliver an application under your brand, your colours and your store account, with our team doing the engineering and handling submission and updates. What we build for you is not resold to anyone else.
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before detailed discussions begin. Client work is never used as a public reference without written permission, which is why some of our portfolio is described generically rather than named.
A focused mobile application is usually a matter of weeks; a full ERP implementation runs across several months and is deliberately staged so early modules go live while later ones are still being built. We provide a written estimate after the discovery conversation — never a number over the phone that we would have to revise later.
Wherever your policy requires — our infrastructure, your cloud account, or an on-premises server you control. We will tell you the practical trade-offs of each in terms of cost, latency, backup and who holds the keys.
Tell us what the software has to do
Describe the problem rather than the solution. We will come back with an approach, a shape for the work and an honest view of what it will take.
