Integrations & Custom Connections
Tracking data is worth more inside the system your team already opens every morning. These are the connections we build most often — and the API is there for everything else.
VouchTrack connects to ERP, accounting, fuel card, dispatch and BI systems through a REST API and signed webhooks. Common connections such as WhatsApp alerts and scheduled spreadsheet exports are configured rather than built. Anything bespoke is quoted as a software project by our own development team, with the code handed over — there is no recurring charge for the connection itself.
Where the data can go
Marked honestly: Available means it is configured from the dashboard, Built per project means our development team implements it against your system.
ERP systems
Built per projectVehicle cost, fuel consumption and utilisation posted into the module that already holds your asset register — SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics or a local ERP. We also build ERPs, so we are usually able to work on both sides of the connection.
Accounting and finance
Built per projectFuel spend and per-vehicle running cost exported on a schedule in the format your finance team reconciles against, rather than a dashboard they have to visit.
Fuel cards and station networks
Built per projectCard transactions matched against tank-level rises, so a fuelling that was paid for but never entered a tank stops being invisible.
WhatsApp Business
AvailableAlerts and daily summaries delivered where people in this market actually read them. Widely the highest-engagement channel we deploy.
Dispatch and order systems
Built per projectAssign a job, get arrival and departure back automatically as geofence events, and close the job on evidence rather than on a phone call.
BI and reporting tools
Built per projectA scheduled data feed into Power BI, Looker Studio or a data warehouse, for fleets whose reporting already lives somewhere else.
Google Sheets and Excel
AvailableThe unglamorous one that most operations teams actually want. Scheduled exports that land in the sheet the team already uses.
Custom webhooks
AvailableAny event, posted to any endpoint you control, signed and retried. This is the general-purpose escape hatch when nothing above fits.
We are on both sides of the connection
Most tracking companies hand you an API key and wish you luck, because they do not employ anyone who can write the other half. We run a software practice building ERP, CMS and custom platforms, so when an integration is awkward we can fix it from either end rather than filing it under someone else’s problem.
- One team accountable for the whole path
- Code handed over, not held hostage
- No recurring fee for the connection itself
- We will tell you when an integration is a bad idea
Before you start
Integrations go wrong in predictable ways. These are the questions that prevent most of them.
Ask a questionThe API and webhooks are included with the platform. If you want us to build the integration for you, that is quoted as a software project — scoped, fixed, and with the code handed over. We do not charge a recurring fee for the connection itself.
A webhook into an existing endpoint is usually days. An ERP integration depends almost entirely on the ERP — a well-documented system with an API is a matter of weeks; an older on-premise installation with no API is a different conversation, and we will tell you which one you have before you commit.
Often yes, through scheduled file exchange or a direct database integration where the vendor permits it. It is less elegant and we will say so, but it works and it is a common situation in this market.
Yes, within the scopes on your credentials. Creating vehicles, assigning drivers and updating groups from your master system is a common pattern, so nobody maintains the same list twice.
Webhook deliveries are retried with backoff, and the underlying events remain queryable over the API. A few hours of downtime on your side does not lose data.
Tell us what it has to talk to
Name the system and we will tell you honestly whether this is days, weeks, or a bad idea — before anyone signs anything.
