Ask a questionYes. The subscription covers the multi-network SIM and all telemetry data for that vehicle. There is no separate connectivity bill and no surprise overage — even on vehicles that report constantly all month.
Yes. Every vehicle carries its own package, so you can put one car on Command and another on Essential. You can move a vehicle between packages at renewal.
Tell us and we'll suspend that vehicle's subscription from the next cycle. The device can be removed and refitted to a replacement vehicle for a small labour charge, so the hardware investment isn't lost.
We fit up to three vehicles for a 30-day pilot at hardware cost only, with no subscription charged. If you continue, that hardware carries over. If you don't, we remove the units at no further cost.
For fleets of 25 vehicles and above we can fold the device and installation cost into a higher annual subscription rather than invoicing it upfront. That raises the yearly figure but removes the capital outlay, which helps when the budget is operational rather than capital.
Devices carry a two-year warranty. If a unit fails within that period we replace it and refit it free of charge, and we don't bill subscription for the days that vehicle was dark.
