How tyre management (TPMS) actually works
Tyres are the second-largest running cost in most Pakistani fleets after fuel, and almost all of that cost is decided by pressure — which nobody can check on an inner dual with a gauge and a torch.

Sensors fit to the valve or inside the tyre and report pressure and temperature per position. The inner duals on a prime mover are where slow leaks live, precisely because checking them means crawling under a loaded trailer at a fuel stop.

Readings relay through an in-cab receiver
The wheel sensors talk to a receiver in the cab, which forwards everything to the platform along with the vehicle’s position. So a pressure event is not just "axle 3 is low" — it is axle 3, low, at this point on the N-5, at this time.

Targets are set per axle, not per truck
A steer axle, a drive axle and a trailer axle do not run at the same pressure, and a single fleet-wide target guarantees some positions are always wrong. The platform holds a target per axle and separates a slow loss over days from a sudden drop over minutes — two different problems needing two different responses.
